AI SYSTEMS STUDIO · GATINEAU, CANADA

Use it for a month.
Keep it—then pay.

Bring us one workflow that consumes time, creates errors, or slows growth. For an eligible fixed-scope project, we build the smallest useful AI system and let your team use it for 30 live days. Then you choose: keep it and pay the disclosed implementation fee, or stop without one.

01 No implementation fee upfront* 02 Objective acceptance tests 03 Reversible by design

*For eligible, fixed-scope Proof Sprints under signed terms. Separately approved third-party costs, taxes, and out-of-scope work may remain payable. No silent conversion.

01 / THE PROOF SPRINT

Reduce the risk of buying AI
before the value is visible.

Most AI projects ask you to approve a promise. An eligible Kynovara Proof Sprint asks you to approve a baseline, a bounded system, and the exact tests it must pass.

DAY 0
Baseline locked

We record the current volume, time, errors, handoffs, systems, permissions, and target metric.

NO IMPLEMENTATION FEE DUE

We monitor adoption, exceptions, quality, time saved, and the acceptance criteria defined in the proposal.

Planning ranges in CAD before tax and third-party costs. Hybrid scopes combine the required modules; the Project Intelligence Lab calculates a project-specific range from systems, data, authority, risk, and timeline.

03 / PROJECT INTELLIGENCE LAB

Describe the workflow.
Leave with the blueprint.

In roughly three minutes, receive a transparent feasibility score, recommended architecture, budget range, implementation sequence, acceptance tests, risks, controls, and a 30-day proof plan.

Two-stage intelligence: the instant diagnostic is a private, deterministic planning model—not generative AI. A tailored Deep AI Review follows only after you deliberately share the blueprint and consent to review.

07 / STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions a serious buyer
should ask before saying yes.

Do we literally pay no implementation fee before using the system for 30 days?

For an eligible fixed-scope Proof Sprint, yes: no Kynovara implementation fee is due before or during the proof window. At day 30, you explicitly choose to keep the system and pay the disclosed fee, or stop with no Kynovara implementation fee. Pre-approved third-party software, usage, hardware, taxes, travel, or exceptional costs may still apply under the signed agreement.

What makes a project eligible for the pay-after-proof model?

A measurable baseline, bounded scope, realistic access, a named owner, test users, acceptable security and privacy risk, objective acceptance criteria, and a project that can be isolated and reversed. High-risk autonomous decisions or inaccessible legacy systems normally require discovery first.

How is the feasibility score calculated?

Eight deterministic factors total 100 points: clarity 12, process stability 12, data readiness 16, integration access 14, technical fit 16, security and privacy 12, human governance 10, and adoption readiness 8. Each factor is scored from 0 to 4. Explicit caps apply to high-impact autonomy, regulated data without an approver, closed systems, and critical unknowns. The separate confidence score never exceeds 82 before human verification.

Does the instant score guarantee feasibility or price?

No. It is an explainable planning assessment based only on your answers. We verify integrations, data, permissions, legal constraints, volume, edge cases, and success metrics before issuing a binding proposal.

Will AI make decisions without our team?

Only inside limits explicitly approved in the project design. High-impact actions remain behind human approval. The proposal shows exactly what the system may read, prepare, execute, and never do.

Who owns the data and deliverables?

The formal agreement defines ownership, licenses, data processing, retention, deletion, credentials, third-party components, and exit assistance. Client data is never treated as Kynovara training data unless a separate explicit agreement says so.

What happens after the 30-day proof?

We review the evidence together, but the decision remains yours. Keep it: confirm continuation, pay the disclosed implementation fee, and begin the agreed operating plan. Stop: we disable the pilot, provide the agreed exports, and no Kynovara implementation fee is due. There is no automatic charge, renewal, or permission increase.
